Salmon
Fish is considered as the brain food. Fatty fish such as salmon, tuna, sardines are rich in omega 3 fatty acids which strengthens the brain, improves the concentration and retention of information.
Berries
Berries especially the dark ones blackberries, blueberries and cherries are rich source of anthocyanins and other flavonoids which increases neuron signalling in the brain, improves memory and all other cognitive functions such as reasoning, decision making, verbal comprehensions and numerical ability.
