A hernia (rupture) occurs when an internal part of the body pushes through a weakness in the surrounding muscle or tissue wall. This article deals with abdominal hernias, where there is a weakness in the wall of the tummy (abdomen) which results in some of the contents within the abdomen pushing through (bulging) under the skin. Normally, the front of the abdomen has several layers comprising skin, then fat, then muscles, which all keep the guts (intestines) and internal tissues in place. If, for any reason, there is a weak point in the muscles then part of the intestines can push through. You can then feel a soft lump or swelling under the skin.

Prevention : 

  1. Do not let your body get overweight.
  2. Complete you daily need of nutrition.
  3. Don't let your muscles get weak.

How :

I would list some of the exercises with which you can keep you abdomen and hip muscles strong:

  1. Glute Bridge: 
  2. Plank Holds: 
  3. Side Plank Hold: 
  4. Goblet Squat: 
Then there is diet which plays important role to fulfil nutrition need to help our body repair daily damage and strengthen nerves.

A balanced, low fat diet with ample sources of vitamins B6, B12, and folate will help protect the nervous system. Vitamin B12 plays important role in nervous system health, Most of the sources of vitamin b12 are easy reach for non-vegetarians. But there are no high vitamin B12 foods for vegan diets. I will list down some Vitamin b12 rich foods for both :

  1. Beef liver
  2. Sardines
  3. Tuna
  4. Lamb
  5. Beef
  6. Salmon
  7. Eggs
  8. Raw Milk
  9. Cheese
  10. Aloe Vera
  11. Ripe banana 
For Vegans,  Aloe vera is best source of vitamin b12, Other than vitamin b12 there are lot of other vitamins present in it. Moreover It increases the absorption rate of vitamin B , C and E. 

You should also include ginger and fennel  seeds in your diet to strengthen your digestion, which will balance the acid in your body. Excess of acid in the body is main cause of weakened bones and muscles.

Other habits :

  1. Never drink water while standing.Always  sit and drink water slowly.
  2. Urinate after having meals.
  3. Try not to exhaust your body and do not pick very heavy things with wrong body position.
  4. Do not wear very tight clothes.

Other Home Remedy :  

  1. Take 4-5 leaves of eucalyptus tree,  Guava tree and mango tree each. Make its tea by boiling them in some water and drink.
  2. Consume Banana , Butter Milk and rice.
  3. Carrot juice is also helpful.
  4. Tomato Juice with black pepper and salt.
